Boat Parade 2018 The Yellow Submarine The theme this year was “color”. Congratulations to our winning boat, The Yellow Submarine! The Lot #68 boat won by only 2 votes over second place, The Cheeseheads from lot 129. The Minions from lot 38 came in third.
